Selling 5 Years Old Artist's Website - First in Google for main keyword

I bought this domain a week ago and I build a website on it(based on the old artist's website) but now I really need money to pay an old debt so I have to sell some of my websites.

The design is unique, pure html/css. It comes as the first result on google for it's primary keyword: "sylvia angeli" and first page for some other like "sylvia angeli art" or "sylvia angeli prints" and I also made some SEO and SEM these days so it will have 30-40 more backlinks in the next few days.

Google says there are around 500 searches monthly for this keyword only.`

You can monetize it as an affiliate from amazon as I did, but the rate is lot a 4% or you can use art.com or allposters.com who pays 20% per sale and there are prints at 800$.(I can't use those as my country is not on their list)
Somebody who search for "sylvia angeli" must know her and most of the time I think they are looking to buy a work of her.

The website was up for only four days so the stats are not accurate.
