Selling 5 Year Old PR1 Home Maintainence Video Site

This is an aged site regged way back in 2007 and running an automated script that grabs content from video sites to automatically update without any work at all, so its totally hands free. I bought the site in 2010 and from March of that year until the end of 2011 it earned $70 in ad sales and about $30 in Adsense until they disabled it on the site because of copyrighted content (even though the videos were pulled from Youtube, which also uses Adsense...go figure).

Anyway, for the past couple months I've been trying CJ products, but I'd suggest an Adsense alternative, like Adbrite, to bring the earnings back, as it's a lucrative niche. There were some clicks worth more than $1+

The site currently ranks in position #2 for its keywords on Bing and Yahoo out of 159,000,000 results! It's also a PR1 and 5 years old, so it definately has some authority behind it. If nothing else it would be great to use for backlinks to your other sites.

Also, the script is worth a few bucks and can be used to create as many automated video sites as you like!
