Selling 5 year old forum with affiliate revenue

I created this website back in May of 2005. It has an active forum that I haven't logged into in over 4 months. I don't have time for this website and I know it can make more money if someone would just give it a little TLC.

The forum is active year around but more active this time of the year. The website ranks #1 in Google for American Idol Chat.

There are a lot of target affiliate pages for dating and ringtones. I haven't updated the ringtone links in a long time so they don't currently work. When they did work the website made anywhere from 5-15 sales per month @ $10.00 average lead.

Again, this website is on autopilot and could be making so much more money.
