Selling 5+ Year old Blogger blog, 4th link on 1st result page for keyword "Earn cash surfing"

Hi fellow digitalpointers,

I'm selling this old 'n dusty blog of mine which I created as a way of promoting a service called "Agloco" several years ago, anyway, Agloco doesn't exist for a very long time now, but this blog still could still fill a space in the portfolio of a webmaster that could use it as additional firepower to the "Get paid to surf" niche. So, to keep things short, these are the blog's brag rights.

- 5 years online
- For keyword "Earn Cash Surfing" positioned on the 1st result page as the 4th link
- Twenty unique articles, written by me, for this blog specifically, and have not been posted anywhere else on the web.
- To my surprise back then received an offer for link sale, and sold the link, for $100 on 12 months plan. ( An iKobo ad. I can give the potential buyer a peak at the e-mail messages as a proof )

As an additional thing, I'll answer some questions that I expect you might ask,
to save you the typing:

Q: CAN I USE ADSENSE ON IT?
A: Yes you can, but keep in mind the visitor count is some 30 Unique Views per
month. So unless you plan to write more content for the blog, using ads will bring pennies.

Q: WHAT IS THE METHOD OF TRANSFERRING BLOG OWNERSHIP?
A: You will be given the whole Google account, which includes the blog.

Q: WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME BLOG HAS BEEN MONETIZED?
A: It was around the time when the last article was written in 2007. I gave no
offers to sell the blog, nor have I used any ads on it from that time on,
absolutely not a single one.

Q: WHY DON'T I JUST USE THE BLOG MYSELF AND MONETIZE IT?
A: I don't do that kind of work anymore. But I also think I shouldn't just leave
it loosing its value, while there are people who could use the blog, and
there is me who could use some money.
