I've just compiled a list of blogs composed of high PR pages. PR is on the actual page and not on the domain. You can use these blogs for blog commenting with your links together with your anchored text. These blogs are not spammed nor they are fresh. Some blogs have below 50 OBL some have below 200.

Are those are guarantee do follow on comment section. Because certain blog have no follow tag only at the comment section. Please clarify

how many auto-approved pr6 and pr7 links?

 

4 PR7 are auto approved and almost all PR6 are auto approved. I'd say only 1 or 2 will take time before it appears.

 

I have taken the review copy as said by the OP the PR of the blog is actual PR where the link will be placed.External link are less and most of the blogs are auto approved.
