$5 wordpress .htaccess Help - Non Wordpress Directories 404

    I need help with a wordpress website in which we have a directory that is non wordpress.

    This directory is also password protected...

    Whenever we go to the directory we get a 404.

    $5 for someone who can help fix.

    Edit: My idea is to use separated htaccess file for non-wordpress dir (if more than one, simply copy that htaccess to them too), so rules in your wordpress-dir will be pure and simple.
