I have 5 directories left from a client which abandoned a project a while ago. As I already own several others it is pretty hard to manage them all so i have decided to sell them to someone who want to start a business in the directory industry.
The directories industry became a very lucrative business with people earning in excess of 1k monthly or even more if promoted and developed properly so here is your chance to join.
The sites are already set up with an easy to use Admin Panel so even a non technical person can maintain them.
The domain names are registered with GoDaddy - free push.
In addition you will get 2 months free hosting so there will be no need to move your websites from our servers. After these 2 months if you are happy with our hosting services you can keep the hosting account for only $5/month.
The hosting is provided through our hosting company HostMegaMix.com
All these directories are SEO friendly and the basic on-page SEO has been done by us. If you need more SEO work to be done this can be done through my SEOMegaMix company
All 5 directories have between 200 and 500 active free submissions at the moment and they will just start to be properly indexed by search engines. Being built for someone else who quit the project, personally I never tried to monetize them so there is no income. Please assume low traffic for each of them.
