Really good post here, a lot of information that is sure to help many marketers get a grip on their marketing efforts. These are a lot of the ways I market my businesses and other opportunities online as well.

However, there are many other ways to market your business that can deliver instant traffic to them.

What you've listed above covers pretty much SEO and generating organic traffic to your websites through search engine placement and word of mouth (comments and posts).

You can also market your business online with many forms of shared lists such as viral list builder sites, mailers, safelists, and other forms of viral marketing such as social media.

When it comes to list builder/mailer/safelist systems, always be selective, there's thousands of them out there but when you are promoting from massive amounts of them, you can easily create a buzz in anything you are promoting, especially a new product launch. Be sure to only utilize credit based advertising systems. I don't care how many members a site has, if it's not credit based, there's no incentive to open your emails, resulting in very poor results.

 

Nice post, anythings possible. You'll find that most of the techniques guru's teach are not the correct way of doing things, just the watered down version. You have to find your own way of what works for you and your business.
