    Good strategy. By the way if you just inset your competitor's URL in the Google Keywords Research Tool then it will automatically give you enough keywords for which your competitor is getting traffic. One thing more, if you have an Adwords account and you research the keywords inside (logged-in) the account, Google will give you 800 keywords or your competitors. Although if you are not logged-in then you will have access to 100 keywords only. Hope this will help. Jawad

    Great tips, I suggest using SEO SPYGLASS to check your competitions backlinking strategy. That way you can steal their links right under their nose.
