The clips all come from Revver.com. Visitors to your site cannot upload clips, however, your site will automatically update when there are new clips uploaded to Revver. These sites basically work off an RSS feed from Revver and can be edited very easily in the admin area to form niche sites that deal with video clips that correspond to tags you want shown.
