5$ to optimize a header

    hello

    I am looking for someone wo can optimize a header banner. I have it in psd and can only obtain fat or ugly out of it, i d like to get light and beautiful or at least something approaching. I need someone who has a real clue, not someone who will only test out all the options from photoshop
