Buying 5$ to make a png similar to this

Quite simple for who knows illustrator or photoshop . I need something similar to this with text and illustration changed !



Only text and icon inside must change , colours ans general aspect have to remain

Ok here i have posted one with cusotm text that can be changed as per you need

Will provide you final file with which you can
- make background transparent or colored
- change size of the file as much as you want (increase and decrease both)
- put your own desired text in place of the text that i have currently used..
- also i can add your desired icon in place of that green tick mark..
