Sure it is, and the worst is that they attract victims... errr... I mean prospective advertisers offering vouchers to get them into their trap
Congratulations, you just got slapped. Now you know what it is to play with Adwords, anyway that can be avoided. Though, I am not sure what situation you've got, but can you give some details about what you're promoting etc.?
That is why I'm thinking of selling a voucher got from Godaddy, but not sure if it worth a try because I could not believe that a $100 voucher is being negotiated for $10. I'm not starving to accept such kind of deals, unless I'm wrong with pricing.
Umm, you don't really understand, you get such high bids because you are not relevant(it's what Google tells you, when you get $10).
10 dollars per click..... c'mon... even the minimum wage isn't that high. And for just one click. What is Google thinking? Wishful thinking here.....isn't it supposed to be competitive and drive prices go down? Not happy with Google at all !
Google isn't thinking anything, they're punishing you for not being relevant, that's all. It's because many used to advertise MFA websites with Adwords and there were many users complaining, that's why they decided to implement these changes.
You need to raise your QS (Quality Score). Make sure your campaign features: - Ad groups that contain similar keywords - Ad titles that relate to your landing page - Ad text that contains words related to your ad title & your landing page - A landing page that relates to your ad (similar keywords, etc etc). Do that, and you won't see 5-10$ pricing. Or, check out the guide in my sig. -T
