Buying 5 things to be created $40USD

Hi all,

I need the following 5 things to be created.
1. Logo
2. Favicon
3. Banner
4. How it works
5. 3 marketing steps

They are to be done at $40USD. The timeline we are looking at is 3-5 days and we will keep the revisions as low as possible. Payment will be made after project.

The theme we are using is this so we will hope to keep the colour theme similar to this:

For 1: (THIS IS IMPORTANT) Will prefer if you can send us this first and we will get it sorted along the way.
The project name is Cashforusedgadget (Cash for used gadget).
We are thinking if we can use one of the letters and replaced it with this: http://img832.imageshack.us/img832/7742/50mf.png

For 2:
We need a favicon to be created similar to what we have for the logo.

For 3:
Banner
