What im looking for is a image that point to or indacates:
Step 1, 2, 3...
and maybe with an arrow or a circle... something indacats "there is a step here"

The finished image will go on a light gray/blue background like in image above.

A web 2.0 style will be nice.

It need to be somewhat narrow to allow room for content on right.

I imagined a fat down and to the left arrow. Maybe fat enough to place text inside.
I think i would prefer an arrow, but i am open to other thoughts, entry's.

 

I think im looking for more of an arrow, to point to the next step.

BTW: My Photoshop skills are horrible.

 

I still want to see a few more ideas, but something like this might work.

Can we try to put a "1" & "2" in the arrow, loose the "step" and place
"Search For Coverage"
"Select Payment Type"
in the whit box.
