Really great designs to the sites. Great header graphics. How did you arrive at the $400 BIN price from $41 earnings in 4 months? Just curious

 

I feel that each site is worth around $100 and $400 is what im looking for with the extra's thrown in also. With the good keywords I know that if more work is put into it (which I dont have the time to do) then these sites could be great
