According to Google, it is good to interlink sites only if they are:

    a. Relevant to each other.
    b. Has exactly unique service or content between those domains.
    c. Provide a useful and good user experience.
    d. iIn complete conformance to Google quality guidelines.

If your interlinking strategy contradicts the above principles, I highly recommend to put rel="nofollow" tags to those links or 301 redirect all the pages of weaker domains to your most strongest domain.

THis concentrates traffic and links, making the strongest domain even stronger.
