good list but I don't like the idea of "using" wikipedia to our advantage. I know it's reviewed, but with all the recents abuse on wikipedia, I don't think it's "cool" to do so. Do it if you want, I won't be angry, or will I?
Im not meaning to encourage abuse. You should only add it if it adds value to the wikipedia topic. However if it doesn't the editors will usually remove it anyway.
I done the wiki external links for one of my newer websites the other day, linking to an informational page about the topic and its done wonders!
So let me get this right....... I edit a related Wiki and add a link to my information site/article about the subject?
Nice tips. Just one more tip. Write quality content on your site. People visit your site willingly links you. Eventually search engines put your site on top positions and google give you good PR. So, the top most tip is quality content on your site. seo is done. smile:
