Just having a theory after studying some marketing books today lol. Bit extreme but here goes. Have a concentrated marketing strategy that starts off with two segments. Such as news and sports. Then once the revenue obtained is large enough, expand the concentrated strategy into the food and porn and whatever. And keep doing this to expand. Then if your not seeing great results, attempt to influence customer perception. I guess the main rule here is. Never be contempt about what you are earning, continually try to improve and expand into different segments. It may seem difficult but it may evolve to be like going on a ride. Just go with the flow.
How about do not put all your eggs in one basket. Ok some sites will make you money one month and very little next moneth. It is a big cycle so make as many sites as you can handle and create mutiple incomes.
