Title says it all. I can't get my canned messages to send because the sender uses a reply-to email address different from the sending email address. I'm not sure if I just don't understand or maybe it needs a small script. Send me a private message or respond here and we will set up a Gchat. I pay with PayPal. Travis
I think @StaSen was able to help me, going to pay him $10 via paypal. I can get it to work for the sending address but not the reply to yet. Still working on it. Wonder why this doesn't work with zendesk emails at all.
