    Bolded/ made red the most likely places ( 99% sure its their ) for it to be not working.

    im pretty sure i got it as of now, let me do some testing :)

    what i believe is the successful URL lead to register.php ...no id ,so i did the form = $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']

    so now it seems to work, will update!
