no matter which niceh 5$ /click is definitely very good. i'm not sure they will do anything with videoscript site's adsense. but i've heard that they will do something on SERPs. not really sure.
Just keep adding pages to your site...keep expanding it...the bigger it gets, the more chances you'll have of a click like that occurring again...
