5 Month PR2 Blog with [1K U/V] [4.5k P/V] 4 SALE

I started this online magazine 5 months ago and so far I've been getting an average of 1,000 unique visitors and 4,500 page views a month. That translates to 250 unique visitors a week and 1,150 page views.

100% of the traffic is organic and originates mainly from Google and Yahoo and a few other small web searches. I have paid no money on advertising this website.

I'm selling for personal reasons which include not being able to spend enough time to update because I am in college full time (pre med major).

I have not monetized the site so I'm not sure how much it can get if you were to put anything like adsense or adbright on it.

BONUS

The website also comes with a Joomla installation that is fully configured with a premium theme from Rocket Themes (their latest theme January 2009). I am yet to transfer the site from Wordpress to Joomla. But if you decide to buy it I can help with the transfer and set up of the website on a new host.

The domain and website is registered and hosted at GoDaddy.com on a premium hosting account.

I will give the details on how and where to get the content to the buyer. I can say its fairly easy to get though as all I did was Google it. And it is considered promotional material.

The site can basically keep itself going with one or two posts per week. Last week I did not update it once and got well over 2,000 page views (1000 in one day).

 

What kind of BIN are you looking at?

 

As I said before I have absolutely none in mind. Make an offer and I'll consider it. I would prefer something over $30 but I'm willing to accept that for it.

Last week I got 3600 page views. I will be posting proof of traffic shortly.

The domain name SierraFM is qute catchy. The FM stands for "For Men."
