Can you do some bit of cartooning?

i'm looking for a logo of a penguin with a hat similar to http://www.yehey.com/tol/ (see the smiley with the hat? it's called 'salakot')

I created my own but since I'm not really a designer it didn't turn out as I planned http://pinoguin.com

I only needed a redesign of the web 2.0 penguin (scrap the old design, maybe shinier and more colourful) with the hat. No text necessary I'll put it myself.


Can you do this in vector and will release the svg file?

I can do it but I am working in photoshop and wouldn't be able to give you an svg file because from what I have checked, thats not available through photoshop. If you could use a different file type I can do it for you
