I like forum posting even though the links are not that strong.
I like publishing a web page with a unique title. Then building backlinks to the page by posting comments in do follow blogs. Once the web page get indexed I then post in forums using the same unique title. Then I post the same article into article directories like ezine but change the title just a little so not to get hit with duplicate content.
