5 Keys to Keep In Shape 1 :- Calf Raise :- Stand on feet with Shoulder - Width apart , arms at side & Dumb-bell in each hand. Exhale while raising your heels off the ground & Inhale as the heels slowly back to the ground. 2 :- Abdominal Crunch :- Lie on back with legs bent, feet flat, hands behind ears. Exhale as you curl up slowly, lift sholders & upper back off the floor. Don't pull on your head or neck. Inhale & slowly uncurl untill you are lying back on floor. 3 :- Tricep Kickback :- Kneel on all fours. Hold dumb-bell in hand & bend arm at the elbow. Exhale on straightening your lower arm behind you & inhale as you bring it back down. 4 :- Leg Press :- Stand on feet with shoulder- width apart & dumb-with in both hands. Inhale as you squat slowly down. Keep your back straight. Don't bend your Knees past 90-degree angle. Exhale as you push back up. Don't lock yours Knees. 5 :- Lateral Raise :- Stand with feet shoulder- Width apart , arms by sides & dumb-bell in both hands. Keep elbows slightly bent.Exhale while raising arms & inhale on lowering it.
I would recommend my exercise regime for the past couple days, go to a club and dance and jump like a lunatic, then drive 100miles til your legs cramp and then the next day have your mate's car break down and push it a couple miles in the pouring rain til your legs feel like jelly and you want to throw up. I feel awesome now Exercise is ace!
