One day, send out emails requesting link exchange (I will give you log in details for a email created for this purpose). The same day, place links for the sites who have got the email in our site. Another day, check out who responded. Remove all who didn't return the link. And then it's to do the same procedure again... Let me know how much you would need to do 5 hours of this.
