i think you need to read a few post about this hostparlor issue, you paid money to HP, and he got away.
Iwhic took over all his accounts without any profit of it else then in future some might change into paying customers.
its clear many of this accounts gave nothing but trouble when moving them from the old HP server onto Iwhic's servers.
if you want money back, i think you need to take action agains HP, and nobody else, Iwhic easiest thing to do would be simply drop the accounts giving so much problems to his servers, you can't blame him if he does that to those accounts, or every other account from HP.
he got only one commitment and that is to himself to save as much accounts from HP, and so its clear you can't demand money refund from him, ask it from HP who is most likely sitting on a nice warm sunny beach.

i got nothing to do with Iwhic else than being a (Iwhic) customer and also not happy with all these new clients from HP, because i deal with same issues (slow loading/downtimes) like all you guys from HP and i got even less to do with them.

    **account terminated**

Refunds and itrader should not be directed to Iwhic as they have done nothing wrong except not leave your files deleted.. you need to change your nameserver IPs.. they sent out emails regarding all this information OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET PM's are never good for support when there is a working site.

I agree with Joecool leave iwhic out of the picture, he's trying to pickup the pieces and give us decent hosting, Hostparlor should bear the brunt of any itrader or complaints. I stood up for Hostparlor, and he took my money and still hasn't refunded what he owes, thats not iwhic's doing at all.

Wow.. like... did you pay for a huge server or something..??

You make it sound like Iwhic is responsible for everything. Remember the fact that you signed up with HostParlor.
And, because of the client transfer, Iwhic's prior clients are also suffering downtimes..!!

You should be thankful that your site is down, not terminated. Else, in this case, most hosts would simply terminate your site..!!
