Buying $5 for simple CSS job

I need the HTML+CSS example.
Here's the job:

1. Go to htt_://genericlevitra4u.com
2. Find two blocks at the middle of the page named "Brand levitra" and "generic levitra"

I need the HTML code for creating exactly the same blocks on my page and related CSS styles. Please make them as simple as possible.
I'll pay to the first man who send me these codes.
