I am desperate for a fix. I got this plugin http://www.harleyquine.com/php-scripts/author-advertising-plugin/ for wordpress and when I installed it didnt work. Its supposed to go by the admins default advertisement 50 % of the time and the other it will show the authors ad 50% of the time. If an author doesnt have adsense then it will show my ads by default. Well I set up the admin ad which is mine and then I added my own author advertisement that has different colors as the admin so I can tell if its really working and I go to my post and I look at the ad and its mine so I refresh and its mine. I refresh several times and it only shows my author ad instead of the admin ad. I went to the plugin page in my url and I get this error Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_option() in /home/xxxxx/public_html/pimpingamers.com/wp-content/plugins/author-advertising.php on line 538 If you can help me then PM or post here. I really need this fix.
chmodding it will not fix the problem. This is literally a 5 min fix im pretty sure. 5 bucks for 5 min of looking for a bug is not bad at all.
It is just one php file and that is it. I reupped it countless times. Nothing worked. All the other plugins works.
im hoping that someone would want ftp details so they can actually go in and look. I guess DP is a bad place to look for people to help.
please post or PM if you have PHP experience and have more than 20 posts. I have turned down many noobs. I don't want someone who has 8 posts and no itrader tinkering around in my ftp.
that is correct however I changed the prefix from kd to wp I am not stupid I made a test wordpress site and I kept everything the same without messing with anything. masgoc do you have any experience with php?
