$5 for a quick Illustrator/Photoshop Project- should be VERY easy!

I have a simple "logo" image that is sized too large. I need it scaled down without losing resolution. I need it to be very sharp and clear.

Of course, when I simply scale it down it loses resolution and looks blurry.

I need it to be created to 56x36, as I said in very good resolution.

Also, instead of the logo being black, I need it to be white and transparent.

It needs to be EXACTLY as shown in the image I linked to above.

Ive got a couple submissions but the are all grainy and not working out. I have illustrator and photoshop myself, but I did not create this image from scratch, so any resizing/editing will just turn out like crap.

I think I need someone to recreate it from scratch in order for it to work. Anyway, I would say the job is still open.

If you print it out, you will see that the logo is very grainy. It needs to be just like that, only very clear.
