Buying $5 for a 486x60 Banner

    As per title I need a banner created for a proxy top site.

    Needs a Blue background and bright text etc so its highly visable

    As said its for a proxy topsite called "Proxy World"
    This will be for advertising my site on others.
    I may want other sizes also
