Sorry for my ignorance.. I'm new to this forum but are there a lot of people that make 100 a day here?
You should not ask US if thats good. You should ask yourself. If for someone $5 a day is nothing to someone $5 a day it could be great. After all $5x31=$155 a month. But after all, those $155 i would invest and try to raise the income for the next month (as someone mentioned $10 a day) and than again..and again...
$5 a day is good in that you broke a threshold that so many have yet to break. With $5 a day, you should know that it's possible to make money with Adsense. That should be enough motivation to get to the next level ($10 a day).
i think 5$/day is a good income. for not treating it as a fulltime job and with small amount of work for the site. it's quite good income isn't it. now what you should worry is how to make it more than 5$ a day and should set the goal for a higher income. good luck.
Haha...thanks, somebody feels my pain as well. I don't really care though, my site is a month old today and I've earned $3.05 so far. Hey, I don't care at least I'm earning, HOWEVER... $1.53 of that $3.05 was made just by making ONE simple change on my site and that was by floating the large rectangle on my Survey Geyser site in my sig to the left. I made that $1.53 in the last week. So, really you must TEST! Chad
For about a year, I was euphoric any time I would hit the $5.00 in a day mark. However... Each time I would visit this forum or one of the other discussion sites, my euphoria would quickly turn to depression when reading about the folks getting $50, $100, or $200 a day. A couple of months ago I stopped simply "reading" all of the tips and began applying them. I stopped questioning what I "thought" would or wouldn't work and just started trying different things. It took many late nights and a lot of patience but it's paying off. I've gone from an average of $3.00 a day to around $30.00 a day and I know it won't be long before I begin hitting those other high marks. I'm obviously not a heavy-hitter at this point but I have a clear strategy for getting there. From my perspective, there's no "get rich quick" programs that really work or that are sustainable. It sounds cliche but everyone is right when they tell you to be patient, learn the business, be passionate about the sites you create and focus on the content and your visitors. The rest will come. Just my 2 cents.
seems like a great amount. A steady $5 a day would be great. Wish I had money anyone wanna give me some (jks lol) If you are spending quite abit on advertising to achieve this though I will hav to say otherwise.... Anywho keep it up
I didnt read past this last comment. I completely agree. If you're the smart kid in a retarded class, that doesn't mean you stop there. Go for $10 a day now. I'm aiming for $50 a day by end of December, and I dont plan on stopping there. Set your goals, and keep working with them.
