I agree with everything, except the first item listed. In the current way the SERP is set up, isn't every single result kind of based on an assumption an algorithm put together? The first result in SERP is not there because it had the most traffic, but it is certainly now getting the most traffic for that keyword from the search engine because it's in the first result...But it got there on an assumption.
