you need to focus on niche keywords while broad keyword may not bring you the right traffic. Broad keyword with poor demographic setting , you will just like use a shortgun to shoot who nearby which the target are not specific enough. i prefer to let Google set the bid for us while we can find out that at night the bid will be higher to bring more impression. Beside that most of people running a advs without a landing page by just link them to homepage. I believe that you guys will get atleast 80 percent of bounce rate with this.
Every digital marketing campaign has its own objectives - what we want to achieve out of the campaign. It's clear to have one single objective and not to try to achieve everything under the sun - be realistic. If you want streamlined, targeted traffic to your site, genuine searchers who are looking for your products/services, you would need to use phrase/exact match keywords. Using broad-match keywords give you more traffic, but these traffic might not be a precise match to your products/services. For example the word tennis: broad match - someone typing "lousy tennis players" will get to see your ads and might just click through to your site. You get 1 more traffic but a non-related one. exact match - "where to buy a titanium tennis racket' - the searcher who initiated this, is more likely to be one who is interested to get a titanium tennis racket and can be considered to be near the end of their buying decision making process. Where kind of traffic you want? You decide. PPC can be easy, it can be hard. Depends on how in-depth you wanna know, and how much you wanna do. =) Hope this helps.

No, don't use only exact match type. Use phrase as well. Use the modified broad type as well, but stay away from the plain broad type, to gather data on search patterns. That data will be useful for expanding your phrase and exact matches as well as negatives.
i am full agree with you. 1. Setting Initial Bids Too High. 2. Enable Ads On Content Network. 3. Wrong & Untargeted Keywords. 4. Poor Or Non Attractive Ads. 5. Bad Landing Page.
