5 clicks with $0 earning?

I just checked my adsense and noticed 5 clicks on one of my sites but got no earning from those 5 clicks.

Is it possible?

it is possible, it sometimes occurs when users accidentally clicks on the ads and then realise it and click the back button. (based on my observation)

your users have possible clicked public ads

 

Install click tracker such as adlogger and see the IP that clicked your ad and where they go after click

if duplicate IP, it should be invalid click
if destination is PSA site, you will not get anything

 

I think this is normal. It can happen time to time..

 

google filters out clicks which it thinks might be invalid or it may be due to Public Service Ads(PSA's).
You can still write to them and check on it.

Setting an alternate ads codes to replace PSA will help to reduce this scenario.

 

I've experienced this just yesterday. I don't know how the visitors do this but definitely its invalid clicks I guess.
