    I'm looking cheap/budget VPS: $1/m with the req.:
    Uptime: 99.99% SLA
    HDD: 5GB
    BW: 50GB
    RAM 128MB or 64MB is ok as long as you gimme burst for update
    IP: 1 is OK
    Datacenter: anywhere
    Need: min 5 vps

    $1/mo is simply not going to happen based on transaction fees. Pay yearly and 123systems has a 128mb oversold openvz offer for $10, but the $15/yr market is always out of stock, then sells out in minutes for hundreds of units from the reputable providers whenever stock is available. The Chinese love their tunnels ;)

    actually it doesn't matter for me if they oversold.
    I've some vps which cost me vary from $1/m to $1.5/m in hxxxxxxl.com, the problem is all of my vps have same ip class. that's why I'm looking other provider which can provide my req.

    please do pm or reply my thread if only you can offer what I need, otherwise you only waste my time and send me crap
