I'm asking this because a .com costs $10 per year alone...

This is obviously a package for people who are new to proxies and probably don't know how to set one up. I know for myself, trying to set up my first proxy took a lot of fiddling around. He is offering to do everything that needs to be done; the buyer doesn't have to worry about doing anything. If setting up a proxy is that easy for you, then I can say on behalf of willyboy that this package isn't for you.

When i first started i did not have a clue and was scared in case i edited something wrong and it did not work like a lot of people who are new to developing are. I have obviously progressed and can now do the job for others at a low price.
