5 Banners Needed

Hello,
I'm looking to have 5 banners created with the following dimensions:
120 x 600
300 x 250
468 x 60
468 x 60
120 x 90

for the gaming site: http://gamertestingground.com/

I'm looking for animated .gif (preferably) or static .jpg files. You should also provide the source for the banners in .psd or whatever with all layers in tact.

Please PM me a sample banner for my website that you'll create from scratch and your quote for the 5 banners.

2. I would like all banners to have some sort of images in the background or at least in the banner -- you will provide these images. The images will be of game screenshots, video games in their boxes, popular game characters, maybe a paycheck, etc.
