Once you hit an average of $1/day and PR 1 - You can sell this blog up to $300.
When you hit an average of $2/day and PR 2 - You can sell it up to $600.

How to maintain these blogs?

Not much to do actually - Just updating some outdated plugins.
When you have time you can do some SEO stuff on each post.
