While im only asking for about less the $1.00 per member, sites like youtube sold for $27.00 per member, and myspace sold for $22.00 per member (please correct if that is wrong). I Have seen a few phpfox sites on sitepoint with less then 1200 members sell for over $1,500 ~ Blahblahbox.com Social Networking Site which sold for $1,300.00 and NoEmos.com - with about 1,785 members sold for $1,200.00
I wish I didn't have to sell the site but after finding out I wasnt approved for financial ad for college, I must pay it all from my pocket

Well of course in light of how other sites have went, and this one being far larger member base ( 2/3 times bigger), its a fair price based on what other sites have went for

Right now... Im hosting the site on a simple VPS server,by www.hostforweb.com
And yes phpfox had major issues in the past with older versions of phpfox. This version 1.1 runs so much smoother and faster then the older versions....

If you take this site and migrate it to a dedicated server with plenty of ram.. it should run very well.....

revenue on october 31st is greater than august 31st, the adsense earnings are down on the 5 days before due to being removed to try another program

 

oh and to add, the site earnings are expected to grow, certainly not decrease

Sorry for the confusion. The site is owned by the member "djema" in legal terms but I have a strong helping towards it creation/support etc
