Selling 5 - 25$ Handcoded PSD to xHTML/CSS2/CSS3

    ***NOTE:*** As i've already been scammed 3 times this month from this site, I DO require atleast half of the payment upfront on NEW customers/clients. If you are a client/customer that ive already worked for in the past, tell me what the name of the PSD i coded, and I will check my records. If I do have you in my records, i DO NOT require payment upfront. This is you clear me having both the coded files, and the payment recieved in my paypal history. Although if you have a GOOD itrader here on the forums, I will make an exception.

    Well the time has come again.. Where i need to build a portfolio.. As i advance and change my code, and coding styles.. I must change rebuild the portfolio.. This is putting you in good luck.

    To sum it up, Im offering Hand Coded PSD > xHTML / CSS2 / CSS3 Service for as low as 5$ and a maximum of 25$. Prices range on how difficult the page is. Turn around time is 2 hours - 8 hours from time of start (NOTE THIS IS NOT FROM THE TIME I RECEIVE THE PSD). I usually start at the next available chance. Which is usually right away.     Heres the details:

    What am I offering?
    I am offering fully hand coded xHTML styled by CSS2 or CSS3 depending on what you request.

    Not sure what hand coded means? It means I write out every line of code, and there are no front page editors used. No cheats or short cuts taken.. Fully written by me.

    How it works:
    1. You show me a screenshot, or a flat image of your website layout.
    2. I give you a price between 5$ - 25$ for each page and a total price for all pages.
    3. You either agree or deny the prices. (If agree move on to next step.. If deny we work on a price thats good for you.)
    4. You pay half of the total ammount upfront (to prevent me from getting scammed).
    5. I take your PSD or Flat image, slice it, then code it. Then email you the finished files and notify you that im done.
    6. Once youve seen finished files, and approve of them, you send the other half of the payment. (If you disapprove, or see something that needs to be changed, I fix it, untill it is approved.. No extra charge)

    ***NOTE***: Not all web templates can be sliced and coded off of a flat image.

    Is your HTML / CSS Valid?
    Yes.. Sometimes I do forget to validate it and check for errors. So it wouldnt hurt double checking if its valid, or reminding me to validate it.

    How do you determine pricing?
    This is done on a scale of Easy, Normal, or Complex

    An easy template would be:
    1. Not much difference in content styles
    2. Usually 1 column web templates.
    3. Not many images have to be sliced.
    4. Blank pages (such as subpages) that have just a header and a footer and some text inplace of the original pages content is considered an "Easy" page.

    Easy pages are usually priced at 5$ - 10$.

    A Complex page would be:
    1. A page with 3 or more columns
    2. ALOT of different content styling.. (meaning text, images, etc. all look different in alot of places)
    3. ALOT of content to be added
    4. Usually 3 feet (36inches) tall and above PSDs are considered Complex
    5. Complicated over all to code.

    Complex pages are usually priced around 20 - 25$

    ***NOTE***: Some complicated pages may have content that requires Javascript, or is impossible to code with just HTML/CSS.. Be aware that your page could have this kind of content. If this is so. Youll have to hire a javascript coder to code those parts of the page.. Ask me for more info about this.

    Normal pages are anything that complex and easy pages are not.. These are usually priced at 10$ - 15$.

    How long does it take?
    2 hours up to 8 hours from the time I start the job. NOTE this is not from the time i receive the PSD, its from the time i open the PSD and start the job. Which is usually right away, though sometimes jobs do stack up.
