    I am not sure...was confused by that part but no matter what if you have a good idea finding an application developer to join in the application should not be too hard and I am sure they would not mind splitting the prize.

    No money needed to enter so no risk of loss....

    Nowadays not even Donald Trump would give away 5 million, unless it's an idea such as how to travel to mars in 24 hours or how to make your car run 1000 miles run with a liter of water.

    Do you get my point even though it sounds stupid just like this marketing strategy? I'm not trying to be a smart @ss but 5 million it's just too much for just an idea. If they're really smart marketing their website/contest they would have some common sense and figure out that people would not fall for this.

    Anyways, thanks for your posting and I look forward to hearing more offers. ;)
