5.00 Pay Pal Quick Banner Needed

    I am currently in need of a banner for my new site. The website is a site where you can complete surveys to earn points. The points can then be used to buy prizes with. The banner will need to incorporate prizes, surveys, or both.

    Size Needed:
    Width: 960
    Height: 350

    The website is Survator. The banner will appear in the slide show. The banner must be of the correct size and should look good with the colors of the theme.

    Contest Length: 3 Days Maximum

    Prizes:
    1st: $5.00 Pay Pal
    2nd: Special Beta Tester Invitation Code For Survator.
    3rd: Special Beta Tester Invitation Code For Survator.

    Glad to see your effort. I like your entry, but could you change the ONLINE SURVEY text to say Survator and underneath it in smaller text Always Better Free?
