Please don't request payments here, I don't review this as quickly as I can with PM's and more so, it doesn't help the thread. If you have a payment request, please make it by PM, not by posting the thread.

 

I am leaving this here as a reminder, maybe you have skipped over my pm's, but I have completed 20 posts on two of your boards, I am awaiting instructions on what to do next.

For anyone doing this, the boards I was asked to post on were easy to get the posts, it was filled with enough posts already, I made 20 in about 15 minutes

 

From time to time, we may allow new users on DPF to try out the posting jobs. While not the norm as many have seen from previous post, we sometimes like to give users a chance.

Assuming they do a poor job, they are not called back for another job. While again, it's not the norm for us to accept new users as it typically ends in disappointment, once in a while we do give some the chance to try out. Assuming they do a great job, they are called back to do much more but again, assuming they do a poor job, they are not called back again which is made absolutely clear to them before they start.

One example of this of course would be doing too many post in a very short period of time, again, something we ask new people not to do. If someone did lets say 30 post over a 10 minute time period, it looks very unnatural and has no value to us.

I guess all and all, just concerns our position not to hire people with limited background on DPF.
