    I've had this site for over two years. It's a simple html website that requires not upkeep, and pays for itself every year. It gets an average of 175 visitors a month, and has made $26 over the last two years with adsense.

    I've done no promotion with this site, but it's a great domain, and could make someone a nice little profit.

    I'd like to get $40 via paypal. I'll then push this domain to your enom account.
