I have just been asked why our site does not get crawled to the 4th level. Can anyone answer this? The site is www.theclaimline.co.uk. Example page: http://www.theclaimline.com/polluta...s/carbon-monoxide-poisoning-claim-advice.html cheers in advance S
Hi, One of the problems is the lack of an sitemap (I could not detect one on your site). A sitemap can really help you getting indexed
Hi sgorman, I had seen the site. Can you tell me one thing, pls? How old are those pages which are not crawled yet? !!! Enjoy !!!
I wouldn't be surprised if those pages got deindexed for having a SPAM URI. Look at the keyword stuffing in the address...
But those are the logical filenames. Each of our pages are set in sections designed to help the user. This isn't even grey seo.. Just logical development. If it is wrong then we will have to change, but as far as I'm aware this isn't a problem. Some are a few weeks old. We have been redeveloping the site after suffering a bit of a setback last year. There have been pages put up over the last few months. Cheers
Their white papers mention how they can (not saying they do) downplay value of deeper levels documents. If you put your main files 4 levels down AND add that many keywords, I wouldn't be suprised if they think of it as spam. No matter whether it's logical or not.
