    One of the problems is the lack of an sitemap (I could not detect one on your site). A sitemap can really help you getting indexed

    I wouldn't be surprised if those pages got deindexed for having a SPAM URI. Look at the keyword stuffing in the address...

    But those are the logical filenames. Each of our pages are set in sections designed to help the user. This isn't even grey seo.. Just logical development. If it is wrong then we will have to change, but as far as I'm aware this isn't a problem.

    Some are a few weeks old. We have been redeveloping the site after suffering a bit of a setback last year. There have been pages put up over the last few months.

    Their white papers mention how they can (not saying they do) downplay value of deeper levels documents. If you put your main files 4 levels down AND add that many keywords, I wouldn't be suprised if they think of it as spam. No matter whether it's logical or not.
