    Hi,
    I have another good site for sale, this time a content site. Have a look here. It has 19,440 weight in the Coop currently. There are hundreds of articles posted on the site. They're well indexed, Google shows several thousand pages in the index.

    It has a PageRank 4, and has been steadily at that for at least two years. It's a very old site, going back to 2000. It's been getting anywhere from 20 to 70 unique visits per day, with an average around 35.

    It's run on my own CMS developed by my company and not commercially available. The sale will include a license for the use of this CMS on this domain, corpforms99.com.

    Will take offers.

    What's the source for the articles? Are the articles unique content for this site? Any revenue generated from the site? What maintenance is required(writing articles?)? Thanks.

    The Adsense eCPM is $8.52. I've also sold a few text ads on it, but those have expired. I haven't done anything with this site for months, obviously if you added new articles regularly the traffic would increase. How much work you put into it is your choice, in other words. I paid someone to assemble the articles on the site.

    Posting Adsense stats like this publically is against their TOS. I'd advise editing and removing said post. The clicks, CTR, CPM are the #'s, I hear, they are most interested in keeping confidential...

    Anyways, what are you looking to get for the site?

    Wow-- what method are you guys using to value this site? His adsense is roughly $0.47/day over the period he posted. 18mo income should be $253.80-- and that's provided it continues to perform as it has. Is everyone buying for coop weight or simple revenue potential(or likely a combination)?

    Seems I should be able to get a lot of $$$ from my sites if I chose to sell them-- making FAR more than $0.47/day on Adsense alone...
