    You know you're probably wasting your time sending pm's to all these people that don't have anywhere near the capital to buy your site.

    That combined with the fact that you're not even serious about selling, just 'testing the waters' makes it a waste of time for most everyone involved.

    Just wondering why you are even running this thread? If you want to sell it, then set an asking price and see if you can find a buyer. Or start an auction at your reserve price and go from there.

    Save yourself and everyone else a lot of time. I would possibly be interested in purchasing a site like this, but the way you're laying out the transaction makes me shy away.

    Maybe you should have read the thread properly, this is an auction, starting bid is 1.5 years profit ( $72K ), I have an undisclosed reserve and auction finishes on the 20th AUG.
