My experience with Jorge05r has actually been very bad. I paid a deposit of $40, then It took him over a 2 weeks to do a just a draft psd design for a church joomla template and then he supplied 2 drafts

and asked for feedback, which i sent indicating that the second draft template colour was preferred but the header was not suitable for a church template design despite sending feedbacks i never got an update. Anyways i asked to see the templates coded after waiting to hear from him for a week i got this http://cityofgodchristiancentre.org/new with a message saying i have installed joomla 1.5.

This is the church current template which was made for much less than what i was going to pay. The current design cannot be replaced with he has provided. Despite trying to guide him with links of how church templates should look like. I was ignored until the day i asked to cancel because he clearly couldnt deliver. This is when i got an interesting response he stated his deposit was non-refundabel never mentioned to me at that start. I wouldn't have had a problem with this if the designer had done a reasonable design and put effort towards it, which he clearly didn't. After trying to reason with him he comes up with another response stating that the agreed $80 payment was not sufficient for multiple revisions. I never got a revision. I have all my pm's all complied in a doc and i am happy to supply links to anyone interested.

Before leaving him the feedback he deserves i have put this in his forum for him to have an opportunity to clarify himself. As a christian i like to give people a second chance before leaving my feedback.

Be cautious not only of an upfront deposit but for his lack of professionalism and poor communication. I have got a very nice template which i am having edited i.e add logo and banner re-design to meet my needs it cost me $65 (http://www.christiantemplatesonline.com/joomla-cms-templates.php). Its a very clean nice and neat designs. The church old template was done in scriptlance i will in future use freelancer sites cos of the security the they provide with escrow deposits etc.

I can provide links to the doc of all our pm's as a reference.
